For conferences and multi-day events, I produce high-volume executive headshot activations designed to run smoothly alongside the event schedule.My day rate includes a full portable studio setup, professional lighting, backdrop options, retouching, and a streamlined delivery process designed with marketing teams in mind.My typical setup can photograph up to 100 attendees in one day, with an on-site assistant managing image selection and flow so executives can step in, choose their favorite image quickly, and return to the event.When schedules allow, I also provide complimentary coverage of one reception or networking event, giving clients both polished headshots and candid event photography from the same engagement.Recent clients include DirecTV, AT&T, Celecor, Vera Institute, and Ochsner Health, along with leadership teams attending conferences and conventions in New Orleans.Behind the Scenes
